What a ledger costs, and what it does not
Prices are in Georgian lari and describe work from the Kutaisi desk. They are not seats, not monthly plans, and not three renamed versions of one week. A quote still depends on the portal’s size, whether floor time is needed, and whether commentary must be written twice (English and Georgian).
| Study | Usual beginning | What moves the figure |
|---|---|---|
| Portal engagement audit | From 2,400 GEL | Number of sections in the window, a public-counter week, extra bound copies, travel outside Imereti |
| Chart plate commission | From 380 GEL per plate | How complete the figures are, how many questions, whether a wrap and captions in two languages are required |
| Repeat tracking review | From 1,600 GEL | Only for a portal we have already ledged; season must match the question |
| Chart-reading session | 220 GEL for two hours | Extra hours at 90 GEL; the folio must already exist |
How a quote is built
After you write to the desk, we ask for the name of the portal, the readers, and the fight the committee cannot settle. If the tree of pages is large, we price by agreed sections, not by a vague “whole presence.” Floor time in a Public Service Hall may need a permit wait; that wait is time, not a hidden surcharge, and we will say so.
A deposit of one third holds an observation window or a sitting. Printing and board for bound copies is included in the audit’s small run; extra copies are a line on the invoice. We do not take card payments on this site.
What you are not buying
You are not buying hosting, a console, or a licence that renews. You are buying observation, drawing, commentary, and a reading. If the work has already started — plates inked, a window opened — the refund note explains what can still be returned.
