Privacy at the Kutaisi desk
Portal Layergrid Analytics is the data controller for personal information sent to this site and to the Kutaisi desk. Write to info@portal-layergrid.digital or to Level 9, 51 Rustaveli Avenue, Kutaisi 4600. Telephone +995 431 555 325.
What we collect
From the note form: name, email, the study you have in mind, an optional preferred week, an optional description of the portal, and your message. From the telephone: whatever you choose to say. From a commissioned study: the contact name, the portal’s public shape, and anonymised visit figures you supply. We do not ask for passwords, identity numbers, or lists of readers.
Server logs for this website may include an IP address, browser type, and the page asked for, kept only as long as needed to keep the site standing.
Why we hold it
We use this information to answer your note, to quote and deliver a study, to invoice, and to meet bookkeeping duties in Georgia. We do not sell lists of stewards.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to twelve months, then deleted from the desk’s mail, unless you ask us to keep a name for a later season. Contracts, invoices, and bound-ledger records are kept for the period Georgian bookkeeping rules require. Anonymised working sheets used as specimens have personal names removed first.
Your rights
Subject to Georgian law, you may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where we have no duty to keep it, and object to use that is not required for a contract or a legal duty. Send the request to info@portal-layergrid.digital. We will answer within one month unless the request is complex.
International transfers
The desk is in Georgia. If a message or a file must sit on mail or hosting machinery outside Georgia, we will use a supplier that offers a contract appropriate to that transfer, and we will not send unredacted reader lists anywhere.
Cookies
A separate cookies page describes the small file that remembers your accept or reject choice. Refusing cookies does not stop you from reading ledgers or sending a note.
