Chart-reading session
Two hours at the Kutaisi desk with a folio open, for a committee that has plates but no one willing to say aloud what the dwell bar actually means.
Who sits in the room
Stewards, chairs, and the one colleague who keeps saying the portal is “fine.” We read plates from a Layergrid ledger, or plates we have checked in advance if another hand drew them. We will not cold-read a mystery spreadsheet on the day.
What happens
Elene Maisuradze walks the folio page by page. You may interrupt. We name what a plate cannot show. If the group wants a decision, we will write three sentences they can take downstairs; we will not take the vote for them.
What it is not
It is not a workshop series, not a training product, and not a way to skip an audit. If you have no plates, commission an audit or a set of charts first.
Booking
Ask for a sitting and name two weeks that the chair can actually attend. Cancelled sittings follow the refund note.
