Terms of study

These terms apply to engagement studies, chart plate commissions, repeat tracking reviews, and chart-reading sessions offered by Portal Layergrid Analytics (“the desk”) from Level 9, 51 Rustaveli Avenue, Kutaisi 4600, Georgia. By sending a note, paying a deposit, or sitting for a reading, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not commission the work.

The work we offer

The desk provides observation, drawing of chart plates, written commentary, binding of a small run of folios, and readings of those plates. We do not host portals, sell monthly access to a console, or take payments through this website. Prices on the rates page are informational until a written quote is accepted.

Acceptance

A study is accepted when we send a short written confirmation naming the portal, the window, the price, and the deposit. Intake conversations are not acceptance. We may refuse work that would require naming readers, ranking staff, or watching a portal you do not keep.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to invite us to watch the portal in ordinary use. You must not send us passwords, unredacted personal files, or copies of identity documents. You must name, in the intake, any season that would make a short window misleading (school August, tax March, harvest weeks).

Intellectual property

Working sheets and the method of observation remain with the desk. The bound ledger delivered to you, and the plates inside it, may be copied inside your organisation for the committee that commissioned them. You may not sell the plates, reprint them as another office’s work, or strip the caution lines. Specimen plates on this site are ours or are redrawn from figures already public.

Liability

We observe a named window. We do not promise that a committee will vote a certain way, that a repair will be funded, or that dwell will rise after a rewrite. Our liability for a study is limited to the fee paid for that study, except where Georgian law forbids such a limit (including liability for wilful misconduct). We are not liable for decisions you take after a reading, or for downtime of a portal we do not keep.

Confidentiality

We do not print hall names, personal names, or badge numbers on public specimen plates. We may describe a study in general terms (a library catalogue after six; a forms hall in Imereti) unless you ask, in the confirmation, that even the type of portal stay unpublished.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Kutaisi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights a consumer may have under Georgian law that cannot be waived.
